We found Nicole to be very friendly and informative. She took the time to understand our personal needs and requests and answer all our questions. She made us feel like an important customer and that a great trip and experience was very important to her. She is organized and prompt with communications and responses. She comes across as having a real passion and enjoyment for her work.
